6 )Murder in the Court Setting: Courtroom
Number or Players: For either 7 or 9 players
Game Duration: 1.5 hours to 3 hours
Murder in the Court is an online, host-free murder mystery experience where every player becomes a character in a high-stakes case. Your job? Prove you aren’t the killer while secretly gathering enough evidence to expose whoever is. It’s a perfect game for friend groups, family gatherings, or corporate teams who want something more engaging than a downloadable script.
Before game day, each player receives automated emails with their login link, character info, and what to expect. All your guests need is a cell phone (tablet or laptop works too) and an internet connection.
This game is fully automated—no host, no printed materials, no confusion.
Your main screen video narrator:
Because everything is structured for you, the person organizing the event can actually play.
After the intro, players go through three timed one-on-one meeting rounds. This is where the fun happens.
This isn’t passive roleplay; it’s an interactive deduction game where observation, memory, and social skills matter.
When meetings are done, the game moves into the voting phase.
This layered voting system makes every round tense and strategic—players can build alliances, mislead, or play it safe depending on their game strategy.
The mystery ends when:
Because the system runs everything automatically, the game stays fair, fast, and dramatic…all the way to the final reveal.
If you want a murder mystery experience that feels like playing a social deduction game, watching a courtroom drama, and starring in your own true-crime episode—all in about 2-3 hours—this is it.
My friends and I played the online version of Murder in the Court. There were seven of us, all in different locations. The storyline was interesting and complex, the characters were well thought out, and the gameplay kept us engaged! I think this would be a lot of fun for friends and families that are spread out across the country to do as a group activity. I look forward to trying more of the games from Mystery Enterprises.
I have played these murder mysteries with my family and had a lot of fun doing so. This was a very fun way of spending an evening and very engaging with the meeting rounds and voting! Highly recommended and can’t wait for more!!
Played this game with a group of friends, both old and new, and had nonstop fun trying to uncover the mystery of who did it, who’s lying, and who can we trust!
We specifically played “Murder in the Court” which had me and my friends interrogating one another and trying to piece together what happened.
My favorite thing about this mystery game is how easy it is to get into character and feel engaged with the story as it unfolds. Looking forward to getting a group together to play again!

I played the game, Murder in the Court. This was such a fun game to play with my family! Everyone was so involved and genuinely wanted to find the murderer. If you are looking for a family game night or even a fun night in with your friends, this is the perfect game to invest in! The technology was really easy to understand, and made the rules really clear, and in turn made the game easy to play!
I recently hosted a party using the Murder in the Court game. Our group had such a great time. I won’t spoil anything, but I really liked the plot twist. I appreciate a challenging mystery story that makes complete sense at the end. Well done!
