The story of Mystery Enterprises began with a simple problem: the person hosting the party never actually got to enjoy the party.

For years, founder Eric Lee wrote and hosted traditional murder mystery events. He noticed that even the best games required a “narrator” or “host” to manage the rules, handle the clues, and keep the story on track. This meant the organizer was always working while everyone else was playing.

In 2025, Eric invented a way to fix that. He developed a software-based system that replaces the human host with intelligent automation. This breakthrough allows the organizer to step away from the clipboard and step into the story as a full participant, playing the game equally with their guests, free from any “hosting chores”.

By 2026, this hobby grew into a new industry standard. Under Eric’s leadership, Mystery Enterprises officially launched the Automated Murder Mystery Game™ (AMMG). Unlike typical app-assisted games, our format is built on a professional-grade architecture that ensures a seamless, cinematic experience for every group.
