We played Hollywood Homicide for a birthday and it was perfect for a party. Invites were automatic, instructions were clear, and no one had to download anything or deal with paper. The private secrets made it easy to jump into character right away, and the video narrator kept everything organized and running smoothly. The voting was surprisingly tense—seeing the results pop up instantly was a rush. Super fun and genuinely suspenseful.
My friends and I played the online version of Murder in the Court. There were seven of us, all in different locations. The storyline was interesting and complex, the characters were well thought out, and the gameplay kept us engaged! I think this would be a lot of fun for friends and families that are spread out across the country to do as a group activity. I look forward to trying more of the games from Mystery Enterprises.
I have played these murder mysteries with my family and had a lot of fun doing so. This was a very fun way of spending an evening and very engaging with the meeting rounds and voting! Highly recommended and can’t wait for more!!
I had an incredible time playing Hollywood Homicide by Mystery Enterprises! This murder mystery game is brilliantly crafted with a unique storyline that keeps everyone engaged from start to finish. What I loved most was how each player receives detailed character documents and objectives, which made the experience immersive. The mix of suspense, unexpected twists, and humorous moments made it perfect for a group party. We laughed all night long.
One highlight was the variety of clues and red herrings that kept everyone guessing – no one knew who the culprit was until the very end! The character roles were well-developed, and it’s easy to get into the spirit of your character, which made the gameplay fun.
Hollywood Homicide brilliantly combines mystery, drama, and social interaction. If you love party games or murder mystery nights, I highly recommend this one – it truly exceeded my expectations!
Had a lot of fun playing Mystery Enterprises’ game called Hollywood Homicide! The clever mystery story captured all seven players’ attention and kept it for the duration of the game. The game was exciting with many twists and turns, and we laughed a lot. The answer to the mystery puzzle surprised us all!, Can’t wait to play another Mystery Enterprise game!
The Hollywood Homicide game by Mystery Enterprises was quite fun to play. The twists and turns that came through each round made for an intriguing and interesting experience.
We needed something for a smaller group, so we tried From Headlines to Headstones (five players) and it still felt surprisingly layered. I expected it to be “lighter” because of the smaller cast, but the mystery had enough moving parts that we were all second-guessing each other. The dual-screen setup was great—story on the main screen, secrets on our devices. Also: no printing, no setup drama, no “wait, who has page 6?” moments. We finished it feeling like we’d just watched a thriller we got to participate in.
Super fun and super easy to set up! The story was clever with great twists, and everyone had a blast. Loved that everything was automated—no prep, no stress. Definitely doing another one soon!
The most unique murder mystery game I have ever played! Brought elements into the gameplay that made each characters’ actions so much more impactful.
I had a great time playing Mystery Enterprises’s “A Killer Technology”. The game was very interactive and allowed for a lot of fun role playing by the participants. It is a wonderful dinner party game I highly recommend it!
Super fun! It was really interactive and being the murderer was especially fun. I like how you had to really critically think about every single person.
I have played many different versions of murder mystery games and Mystery Enterprises was by far the best one! I played the Killer Technology game with some friends for a birthday party and it was awesome! I loved how it wasn’t too scripted so you have some freedom and have to actually figure out who the killer is. The voting concept to guess who the killer is was a fun twist and added a new aspect to the usual murder mystery games. I will definitely be playing more of their games!
Played this game with a group of friends, both old and new, and had nonstop fun trying to uncover the mystery of who did it, who’s lying, and who can we trust!
We specifically played “Murder in the Court” which had me and my friends interrogating one another and trying to piece together what happened.
My favorite thing about this mystery game is how easy it is to get into character and feel engaged with the story as it unfolds. Looking forward to getting a group together to play again!
Played the game and loved it! I loved that it forced interaction and collaboration for my friends and I to assume the different roles of the characters in the story. I’ll likely purchase this for my work colleagues and I, as we’re always trying to come up with events that will encourage team building. This would be perfect for our next work Christmas Party event. Highly recommended!
I’ve really enjoyed this game. Being in my fifties, it’s been such a joy to play alongside my teenage son and his friends of different ages. This might just be one of the best games for the whole family to enjoy.
The mystery game we played (From Headlines to Headstones) was awesome because it actually provided enough information for people to figure it out rather than only doing a big reveal at the end. Great experience over all!
It was so much fun playing Murder in the Court with Mystery Enterprises. It kept your mind going and interested in what was going to happen next. I would highly recommend for a family get together .
I’ve done three of the mystery enterprises games and they have all been so well written! The characters are clever, the stories are intricate, and the settings are so unique! My favorite one I’ve done is A Killer Technology and I can’t wait to do them all!
These games from Mystery Enterprises are super entertaining. We have participated in a couple of the games “Hollywood Homicide” and “A Killer Technology”. They are great for parties or small gatherings. The interactive nature of the games, including online voting and sharing of the results, provides great ways to connect with friends and for meeting new people. The murder scenarios are high level and thought provoking where people can extrapolate from their own life experiences with everyday activities incorporated into the dialogues. Sometimes the answer to “who done it” is shockingly so obvious that when it is revealed you can’t believe you missed it! All in all these games are the best! I highly recommend you check them out.
Mystery Enterprises’ “Hollywood Homicide” is a fantastic way to host a party. I played with a group mixed with people I knew and others I didn’t, and it was a blast. This is a great way to meet new people by jointly problem solving a “who done it” without the awkward pressure that can come at a typical party. It’s fun, interactive, and something I would suggest for all to enjoy.
I played the game, Murder in the Court. This was such a fun game to play with my family! Everyone was so involved and genuinely wanted to find the murderer. If you are looking for a family game night or even a fun night in with your friends, this is the perfect game to invest in! The technology was really easy to understand, and made the rules really clear, and in turn made the game easy to play!
This is the best murder mystery game I have ever played. I like how it is so simple to follow and yet so complex to solve. Loved all the interactivity and the plot twists and turns. Ten out of ten!
I have played both Hollywood Homicide and A Killer Technology, and they each have been the best murder mystery games I have ever played! It’s a great party game that will have all of your guests entertained and in character. I loved the unique playing style and fun storyline.
I recently hosted a party using the Murder in the Court game. Our group had such a great time. I won’t spoil anything, but I really liked the plot twist. I appreciate a challenging mystery story that makes complete sense at the end. Well done!
There aren’t many murder mystery games out there for smaller groups. So, I tried From Headlines to Headstones because it only had five characters. We loved it! I was impressed how complex the mystery aspect was, despite the small cast.
Have you played one of our Murder Mystery games?
